ScanEarn provides QR-based loyalty, rewards, reviews and ordering tools for businesses. We may add, change or remove features to improve the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.
3. Free trial & plans
We offer a 3-day free trial. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at sign-up. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel in line with the plan terms; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful or misleading.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Use customer data collected through ScanEarn responsibly and in line with applicable law.
5. Your content & data
You keep ownership of your business and customer data. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process it so we can provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We work to keep ScanEarn available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always applies. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable.
